Local storms possible this afternoon too

A second wave of hail fell in Washington around 8:45 a.m. Friday, with some almost the size of quarters.
A couple waves of heavy rain and hail came through Washington County this morning, but it may not be over yet.
I used Twitter to ask 49 News meteorologist Alex Harrington if there might be another wave of storms coming through later today. He said: “Absolutely. The second line bears most watching for potential very large hail and poss. tornadoes. However, up by you guys, the threat is lower than what it will be here down by Top. You might be lucky.”

That probably means we won’t have the track meet tonight that Dr. Dave hosts. I didn’t see a rain date for it so I wonder if it will be rescheduled or not.
Dawn
I’ll contact them and if they do postpone, I’ll post it.
Dr. Hodgson will make a decision about the track meet around 2 p.m.
