Walking for a T-shirt

I hate exercising in general, unfortunately. But I’ve decided to participate in the Palmer 5K Fun Run/Walk, purely because I want one of the t-shirts. Jennifer designed them again this year and I like it enough I decided to break down and do it.
I have no intent on running though. I will walk and walk slowly. Plus, the dang thing is earlier than my wake-up time.
Oh well.
If you want to participate, it is just $15 and you get the t-shirt. I’ve attached the design. All proceeds are being matched by Thrivent up to $250 and the funds are going toward Palmer ball park improvements. The event is being sponsored by the St. John Lutheran Church SOS group.
I prefer running… Unfortunately I can’t participate in the Fun Run.
Do you have details on the Fun Run – date, time, etc.?
Registration at 7:15 a.m. and fun run begins at 7:30 a.m. on Monday at the shelter at the Palmer ball field. It is $15 to run, which includes the cool t-shirt!
