Sebelius heading to DC

Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius will be leaving her post to head to Washington, DC, to be part of President Obama’s cabinet as Secretary of Health & Human Services. This means Lt. Governor Mark Parkinson, formerly a Republican, will become Kansas’ next governor.
Moran takes an edge
