My family is just about done with 4-H pre-fair judging today. As a cloverbud member, my son showed his first craft today, which was a Lego Star Wars project (of course.) My girls had clothing construction judging and modeling and buymanship.

The Washington County Fair has been moved so that a carnival can be re-incorporated into the event.
The newly proposed (but not quite official) dates are July 14-18. This is a Tuesday through Saturday. A carnival would be on the fairgrounds on July 13-15, a Monday through Wednesday.
